Treked to namche bazzar today! First sighting of Everest through some trees, but
cloud was on it!
Trek consisted of some stuning views of massive natural pine forests, huge
gorges with amazingly blue rivers! Looks a lot like Canada/USA! but better!
Quite an uphill climb today, but we took it slow so no problem! In fact it was
easier than yesterday! Watched the CWC final on a litle screen in the midle of
nowhere which was great!
Meals have been really great too, one or two of us only have the squitters! We
had piza today which was lekker! Arrived at lunch today, stunning place on the
side of the mountain! most of us had a sleep and shower today which was
fantastic!
Our guides, especially Sonam have been unbelievable! So giving and caring,
always happy! So we are being looked after really well!
Tomorrow we stay here for a rest day and group 2 join us tomorow night which
should be fun!
Also still can't get over the porters that keep passing us with such heavy
amounts of everything on the backs... including 80kgs of planks!
It's getting colder, but so incredibly beautiful... things just keep getting
more amazing and we have to stop and pinch ourselves as it all feels like a
dream!
